Studies of ageing of the templates in public administrations

The General Directorate of Public Service develops these studies with the aim of offering a vision as broad as possible on the distribution of the troops in the General state administration (AGE) in accordance with their age, with the ultimate objective of analysing the potential future impact of the retirement and possible declines arising from the ageing of the staff.
